This brand told consumers
that they are M.I.T.(Made in Taiwan) company.
Many consumers really buy it,
so they got 40 months salaries bouns last year.
Last week,
this company claimed
We need to move our manufactories to South-east Asia.
Therefore, please think twice if you want to buy the M.I.T. clothes.
Many people are angry at the Lativ
who abandons their principle.
There is a line between business and politics;
an invisible line for the business moral issue.
Can marketing(advertising) strategy play with the patriotism?
The HTC cellphone has the same issue with their products.
Many Taiwanese bought their cell phone because it's M.I.T..
However, they claimed they are Chinese company...

OK, OK, let's skip this BIG political problem.
If you are a businessman or Advertising planner, don't play the patriotism emotion.
The patriotism is like fire.
it's warm,
bright,
and DANGEROUS.
